Anima Respira is an independent digital project operated by Slobodan Krstić, a private individual based in Sarajevo Canton, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Contact: info@animarespira.com.

Acceptance and age

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 and accept these terms. A person under 18 may not create an account.

Purpose

The app provides educational and wellness breathing practices. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions, and does not replace professional examination, treatment, or advice.

Safe use

• Practise seated or lying down and stop for pain, severe dizziness, confusion, or marked shortness of breath.
• Never perform intensive techniques or breath holds in water, while driving, standing, or where fainting could cause harm.
• Consult a qualified professional first if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a practice is suitable.

Accounts and user content

You are responsible for your password and account information. You retain rights in your programs and grant us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service. Misuse, unauthorised access attempts, and unlawful content are prohibited.

Copyright and audio

Anima Respira design, text, code, original audio, and other content are protected by applicable rights. Third-party audio is used under suitable licences or written permission. Extracting, reselling, or distributing app content without permission is prohibited.

Payments, subscriptions and refunds

No payment or premium subscription is currently active. Before charging users, we will publish prices, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules. New payment terms will not apply retroactively.

Advertising and affiliate links

Personalised advertising and affiliate programmes are not currently active. If introduced, commercial content will be clearly labelled and the privacy and cookie notices updated first.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service secure and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular health outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for use contrary to instructions or outside safe limits.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict accounts that endanger the service or others. Material changes will be published with a new effective date. The laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina apply, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
