Who is responsible for the data?

Anima Respira is an independent digital project operated by Slobodan Krstić, a private individual based in Sarajevo Canton, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. For privacy questions or data requests, write to privacy@animarespira.com.

Data we process

• Account data: email address, password hash, and data needed to sign in and manage the account.
• Content you create: your breathing programs, templates, and settings you choose in the app.
• Practice journal: exercise starts and completions plus an optional rating, impression, and comment. The journal is not public; you can see it, and an administrator can access it in protected statistics for support and service improvement.
• Technical data: session security data and limited data needed to operate and protect the service.
• Analytics data: usage data collected by Google Analytics only if you accept analytics.

Why we use data

We use data to provide the account and app features, protect the service, respond to requests, and improve the experience. We use analytics only with your consent; you can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell data. We may use carefully selected hosting, email, and technical-support providers that deliver the service for us. Google Analytics activates only after consent; its processing is subject to Google's terms and privacy rules.

Retention and security

We keep data for as long as necessary for the account, feature, or legal obligation. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; passwords are stored as hashes and the session cookie is not accessible to JavaScript.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also withdraw analytics consent without affecting prior lawful use. Send requests to privacy@animarespira.com; you may also contact the competent data-protection authority.

Account export and deletion

When signed in, you can download a JSON copy of your data or permanently delete the account from the Account page. Deletion removes the account, saved programs, and templates from the active system; backups are removed through the regular retention cycle. For help, email privacy@animarespira.com from the address linked to the account.

Anima Respira is a guided breathing-exercise tool, not a medical service, diagnosis, or substitute for advice from a healthcare professional. Do not enter sensitive medical information in free-text fields.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date above.
