Who is responsible for the data?

Data we process

• Account data: email address, password hash, and data needed to sign in and manage the account.
• Content you create: your breathing programs, templates, and settings you choose in the app.
• Technical data: session security data and limited data needed to operate and protect the service.
• Analytics data: usage data collected by Google Analytics only if you accept analytics.

Why we use data

We use data to provide the account and app features, protect the service, respond to requests, and improve the experience. We use analytics only with your consent; you can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell data. We may use carefully selected hosting, email, and technical-support providers that deliver the service for us. Google Analytics activates only after consent; its processing is subject to Google's terms and privacy rules.

Retention and security

We keep data for as long as necessary for the account, feature, or legal obligation. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; passwords are stored as hashes and the session cookie is not accessible to JavaScript.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Anima Respira is a guided breathing-exercise tool, not a medical service, diagnosis, or substitute for advice from a healthcare professional. Do not enter sensitive medical information in free-text fields.
